Ingredients:
• 1 kg. beef, minced
• 1 egg
• 1 Tbls. prepared mustard
• 1 tsp. Crazy
Jerry's Mustard Gas
• 4 Tbls. ketchup
• 1 onion. finely chopped
• 12 green olives, sliced
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp white pepper
• 3 strips streaky bacon
• 1 green pepper, cut in rings
• 1 tomato, sliced

Directions:
Beat egg, add mustard,
Crazy Jerry's Mustard Gas, ketchup,
onion, olives, salt and pepper. Add meat. Mix well.
Line bottom of a loaf pan with bacon strips, then
green pepper rings and tomato slices.
Pack meat mixture on top. Bake in oven at 350
degrees F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. |
