Ingredients:
1 lb. medium size shrimp
1 onion
1 cup cracker meal
Eggs
1 oz. grated cheese
Blair's
Jalapeno Death Sauce to taste.
|

Directions:
Dice shrimp in to small pieces, chop onion, add
cracker meal, eggs and grated cheese.
Mix ingredients
well and make into desired size. Deep fry or pan
fry.
Serve on bun with a healthy splash of Blair's
Jalapeno Death Sauce. |
