Ingredients:
• 1 lbs. ground beef
• 1 lbs. ground pork
• 1 Spanish onion
• 1 can pinto beans
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1/2 cup red wine
• 2 Tbls. tomato paste or
Mad Dog Ultra Hot BBQ
• 1/2 to 3 Tbls. Mad
Dog Inferno Hot Sauce
(1/2 Tbls. regular -- 3 Tbls. for true chile
heads only)

Directions:
Brown beef and pork at a high temperature, add chopped
onions, chopped garlic, pinto beans and red wine.
Simmer for about a half an hour. Add Tomato paste
to thicken and then add Inferno to heat level desired. |
