Mango Peach Grilled Lamb Chops...


Ingredients: 2 pounds of chops. 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick 1/3 cup apple jelly 1/3 cup Joe Perry's Rock Your World Mango Peach Tango Hot Sauce 1 garlic clove minced	Joe Perry's Mango Peach Tango Hot Sauce
Directions: Heat above ingredients (except chops) over medium hear stirring constantly until jelly is melted. Cover and grill chops 5 to 6 inches from medium coals, turning and brushing 3 times with sauce mixture. Grill chops 12 to 15 minutes for medium. Serve with remaining Mango Peach Tango Sauce.
