1 Rack of lamb cut into servings of 4 chops
1/4 C each of fresh choped rosemary, choped cilantro,
choped garlic, and fresh ground black pepper
1/4 C REV.BIDWELL'S
HABANERO MUSTARD Hot Sauce
1/4 C balsalmic vinegar
Pre heat oven and roasting pan 450 degrees.
Mix BIDWELL'S
HABANERO MUSTARD and vinegar and
brush on lamb coating evenly.
Combine herbs and pepper and coat lamb with mixture.
Put coated lamb in roasting pan and bake for
15 minutes
Serve this dish with cous cous and roasted baby
carrots I roast along with the lamb. A good wine
to accompany this meal is a Spanish Riojs.
