Ingredients:
1 lb of large shrimp
olive oil
a few liberal dashes of Blair's
Death Sauce
juice of an orange
juice of a lemon
juice of a lime
dash of salt
spoonful of honey
chunks of green pepper (to skewer)
chunks of onion (red, white, it doesn't matter!)

Directions:
Mix all ingredients toghether
in a large bowl.
Skewer everything and grill till
the shrimp is done.
Serve over a bed of cilantro-lime
rice, and garnish with cilantro.
Don't forget the Mexican beer! |
