* 1/3 cup butter, melted
* 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp. ginger
* 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
* 1/8 tsp. black pepper
* 1/8 tsp. white pepper
* 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
* 4 cups pecan halves
In small bowl, combine butter, spices,
peppers, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Place
pecans in 3-4 quart slow cooker. Pour butter mixture
over and stir well. Cover and cook on LOW for
2 hours. Stir well.
Cover again and cook on HIGH for
30 minutes. Remove from crockpot and cool. Store
tightly covered in a cool, dark place.
