1 Bottle of SWEET
HEAT
1 #10 can pork and beans
1 Large sweet onion, diced about two cups
1 C ketchup
1/2 C mustard
1 Pound smoked bacon, diced
1/2 C Brown sugar, packed
1 Can crushed pineapple
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients
and pour into a deep Dutch oven with a tight fitting
lid. Bake 30 minutes covered. Stir and bake 45
minutes or more, uncovered until sauce thickens
and reduces by 1/3.
