Ingredients:
2 cups of red wine (I used Shiraz)
3 whole fresh habanero peppers(less stem)
6 whole fresh jalapeno peppers (less stem)
2 tbsp of ground hot cayenne pepper
4 tbsp of hot chili powder
1 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of ground black pepper
2 tbsp of garlic powder (or 2-3 cloves of fresh)
1 5oz bottle of Blair's
After Death Sauce
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
|
|
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients except the chicken in
a blender, puree well. Put chicken pieces in a 1
gallon ziplock storage bag, pour in contents of
blender and refrigerate for 24 hours or so.
Remove chicken pieces (with tongs!) to a foil
lined baking sheet. Put the marinade in a suitable
sauce pan and cook the sauce at a firm boil to
reduce it by roughly half, stiring frequently.
Bake the wings at 375 for about 30 minutes, |
